A full refund for any product purchased from Ultimate Supplements will only be partaken with, if all of the following credentials have been met:
1. The Refund will occur, once the product has been received by the company and the money will be placed into the same bank account which was used when purchasing. This process should usually be completed in around ten working days.
2. Contact is made with Ultimate Supplements by yourselves via, ultimate-supplements.co.uk, explaining your problem with the product.
3. The Product must still be in its original packaging, untampered with and unused for any agreement to be made between the company and the customer.
4. Postage must be provided and paid for by the customer, (We recommend that tracked shipping is used by the customer in order to cover themselves if a return was to go missing)
